The Caballo Del Diablo (Devil Horse) Ford Bronco has always been a testbed for aftermarket offroad parts and here are five of the most useful parts we run.
1. TRUCK-LITE LED headlights
These direct replacement 7" round LED lamps make more light with less energy than the standard Halogen headlamps. They are plug and play for early (66-77) Broncos using the stock 7" retainer ring and standard H4 connector. While they provide a far superior light quality than stock they aren't too bright for the highway when directed appropriately for both high and low beam. They for sure need aiming when new to get the light where you want it. We love the light that these lamps make on the highway and what a difference in driving safely offroad at night.

2. AXIA ALLOYS sun visors
The best thing about these other than the rad billet aluminum hinging mechanism, adjustable tensioning and low profile design, is the smoked shield which is basically a big pair of sunglasses you can swing down when driving into the sun. The window visibility on early Broncos isn't great and the last thing you want is to block too much forward vision and having a clear-smoked visor rules! They are available with a variety of diameters of clamps for attaching to roll cages of all sizes so they would work amazing in UTV's too. The quality of these is so high it's what we would expect to see in the cockpit of a private jet.

3. SWAG Action Packer Baja Bin
There is never enough room for tools, fluids, tape & zip ties and spare parts in an offroad car. Designed to securely hold an 8 gallon Rubbermaid Action Packer storage box (purchase separately), this laser cut aluminum cage is made of 1/8" material and weighs a modest 6lbs. The hinged top has a locking clasp with pin and lanyard and can be padlocked to keep things secure in open vehicles. The 8 gallon Action Packer storage box is big enough to hold plenty of gear with a modest footprint so it can fit in vehicles with limited space and the Baja Bin mount fits like a glove. We keep a soft cooler attached on top with clips using the tie-down points on the lid.

4. Mastercraft door bags
Pens, stickers, DMV registration, peso coins, pocket knife, energy bars, flashlight, dust rag, goggles, cigars & fireworks... these are just a portion of the things we've kept in these handy door bags from Mastercraft Safety. Tough vinyl coated fabric with a velcro flap, we just hose them off every year and they still look great after ten years (see above image). There are four grommets on webbing for attachment points and we simply use fender washers and sheet metal screws to mount them inside where they can be reached on both driver and passenger inner door panels.
